Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

- Mount Barbell Supports: Install the round barbell supports. These are height-adjustable to 3 levels to accommodate different exercises and user heights.
- Assemble the Weight Bench: Attach the padded weight bench to its designated position on the frame. Ensure the safety ball bolt is correctly engaged when the bench is deployed for use. The bench can be folded vertically for space-saving storage.

When using barbells, ensure the barbell supports are adjusted to the correct height and the barbell is securely placed. Always engage the safety ball bolt when the bench is in the horizontal position for use.
