3.1 Powering the Keypad Control Panel

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keypad control panel.
2. Plug the USB power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
3. The keypad will power on and display the initial setup screen.

3.2 NGTeco Home App Installation and Account Registration

1. Download the 'NGTeco Home' app from your mobile device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Ensure you download the correct app, as there may be similarly named applications.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account.
3. Add your NGTeco H400 system to the app by following the in-app pairing guide. This typically involves selecting 'Add Device' and following prompts to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.

3.3 Wi-Fi туташуусу

The NGTeco H400 system operates exclusively on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi тармагы. It is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your router is configured to support 2.4GHz, and your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz network during the initial setup process.

3.4 Pairing Sensors and Remotes

Follow the instructions within the NGTeco Home app or the keypad's menu to pair each sensor and remote control. General pairing steps are:

• Door/Window Entry Sensors: Press the small button on the exterior side of the sensor to initiate pairing.

4.3 SOS функциясы

The keypad control panel and remote controls feature a hidden SOS button. A long press on this button will immediately trigger the alarm, sending out an emergency alert.

4.4 RFID Smart Cards

The system includes RFID smart cards that can be used to quickly disarm the system by tapping them on the designated RFID area of the keypad.

4.5 Chime Function

When the system is in disarm mode, the keypad can emit a 'chime' or 'doorbell' sound when a door or window with an entry sensor is opened, providing an audible alert for entry/exit.

4.6 Custom Modes and Schedules

Utilize the NGTeco Home app or keypad settings to create custom schedules for arming and disarming the system, optimizing security based on your daily routine.

5. Техникалык тейлөө

• Keypad Control Panel: The keypad has a 1500mAh backup battery. For continuous operation, the keypad should remain plugged into a power source using the provided USB adapter and cable. The backup battery provides temporary power during outages.
• Сенсорлор: Entry sensors and motion detectors use long-lasting CR2450/R03P batteries. Replace batteries when the system indicates a low battery warning for a specific sensor.

• No SIM Card Slot: Please note that the NGTeco H400 model does not include a SIM card slot for cellular backup. Any product descriptions mentioning 4G-GSM compatibility may refer to other regional variants or models. This H400 model relies solely on Wi-Fi for connectivity and alerts.
