1. Батарея орнотуу: The meter requires 1 LR44 battery, which is typically included and pre-installed. If not, open the battery compartment and insert the battery with the correct polarity.

   • Gently stir the meter and wait for the reading to stabilize on the display.
2. Switching Measurement Modes (pH, EC, TDS):

Regular calibration is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of your YINMIK YK-4S meter. The meter comes pre-calibrated for EC/TDS, but pH calibration is recommended before first use and periodically thereafter.

The YK-4S meter uses 7.00, 4.00, and 10.01 pH buffer solutions for calibration. It is recommended to perform a 3-point calibration for best accuracy.

1. Prepare the pH buffer solutions (7.00, 4.00, 10.01) by dissolving the powder packets in distilled water according to their instructions.
2. Clean the electrode with purified water and gently blot dry with a clean tissue.
3. Turn on the meter and switch to pH mode by pressing MODE/CAL.

EC/TDS калибрлөө

The YK-4S meter is pre-calibrated for EC/TDS. If recalibration is necessary, use 1413 µS/cm and 12.88 mS/cm (or 12880 µS/cm) EC calibration solutions.

1. Clean the electrode with purified water and gently blot dry.
2. Turn on the meter and switch to EC mode (µS/cm) by pressing MODE/CAL.
3. Immerse the electrode into the 1413 µS/cm EC calibration solution.
4. Wait for the EC reading to stabilize.
