This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new ice maker. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference.
This ice maker is designed for both home and commercial use, capable of producing up to 100 pounds of ice per 24 hours, with 45 ice cubes per cycle in 8-20 minutes. It features adjustable ice thickness, dual water inlet options, and an automatic self-cleaning function.

The ice maker supports two water inlet methods: bottled water (jug) or direct tap water connection.
Option 1: Bottled Water (Jug) Connection
- Locate the 'Self-Priming Water Inlet' on the back of the unit.
- Insert the smaller end of the water inlet hose into this port.
- Place the larger end of the hose into a standard 5-gallon water jug.
Option 2: Tap Water Connection
- Locate the 'Tap Water Inlet' on the back of the unit.
- Connect the provided water inlet hose to this port.
- Connect the other end of the hose to a potable water tap using the provided connect kit. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

Connect the drainage pipe to the drain outlet on the unit and direct it to a suitable drain or container. This is crucial for the self-cleaning function and to manage melted ice water.
5. Операция

- After ensuring the unit has been upright for 24 hours and water connections are secure, plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The machine will begin its initial water filling and preparation cycle.

The ice maker will automatically start producing ice. Each cycle produces 45 ice cubes. The first few cycles may produce smaller or irregularly shaped ice cubes; this is normal. Discard the first few batches of ice.

The ice maker allows you to adjust the thickness of the ice cubes. This is achieved by modifying the ice-making time.
- On the control panel, locate the Up/Down arrow buttons.
- Press and hold the Up or Down button for 3 seconds to enter the ice-making time adjustment mode.
- Adjust the time between 5 and 23 minutes. Longer times result in thicker ice cubes (e.g., 11 mins for Small, 15 mins for Medium, 20 mins for Large).

Reservation Function (Smart Timer)
The reservation function allows you to set a delayed start time for ice production.
- Press the 'Reservation' button on the control panel.
- Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to set the desired delay time.
- The machine will automatically start ice production after the set delay.

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for the longevity and hygienic operation of your ice maker.

- Press the 'Clean' button on the control panel.
- The machine will automatically perform a cleaning cycle, flushing water through its internal components.

For thorough cleaning, especially if the machine has not been used for an extended period:
