1. Prepare the Ace Pro 2 Camera

1. Turn off your Insta360 Ace Pro 2 camera.
2. Locate the battery door on the side of the camera. Slide it down and twist it off to remove it.
3. If using the magnetic lens cover, ensure the camera lens is clean before application.

2. Install the Camera into the Xplorer Grip Pro Kit

1. Open the Xplorer Grip Pro Kit by pressing the buckle in the top corner and releasing the side door.
2. Carefully slide the Ace Pro 2 camera into the grip.
3. Connect the grip's built-in USB-C plug directly into the camera's USB-C port. This connection is direct, eliminating the need for Bluetooth or wireless pairing.
4. Close the side door of the grip until it locks into place with a reassuring click.

Zoom Lever

Customizable Dial

The dial on the back of the grip can be customized to adjust various shooting parameters. Access the 'Accessories' menu on your camera to configure the dial for:

You can configure whether the grip powers the camera when the grip battery is above 15% via the camera's accessory settings.

The Xplorer Grip Pro Kit includes a slot for a spare micro SD card. However, this is for storage only and not an active slot for direct data transfer.
