    You must activate your kit online before returning your sample. Visit the URL provided on the activation card inside your kit (typically my.wellcom.us/hometest) to register your kit ID.

  • How do I return my sampле?

    Place the specimen in the provided biohazard bag and shipping box, then place it in the pre-paid FedEx return pack. Deliver it to a FedEx dropbox on the same day you collect the sample.
