Колдонмолор, каттоо жана бул брендди колдоо жөнүндө жалпы суроолор.

  • How do I restore my Huanyang VFD to factory settings?

For most HY series drives, set parameter PD013 to 08 to restore factory defaults. For the FC01 series, set parameter P00.18 to 1. Always consult your specific manual as parameter codes can vary by model.

  • How do I wire a single-phase input to a Huanyang VFD?

For single-phase input (110V or 220V), typically connect the Live and Neutral wires to terminals R and T (or R and S) on the drive. Connect the Ground wire to the terminal marked E. Do not connect input power to the U, V, or W output terminals.

  • How do I set the VFD frequency to 400Hz?

To achieve 400Hz output for high-speed spindles, you usually need to adjust parameters such as Max Frequency (e.g., PD005), Base Frequency (e.g., PD004), and Analog Frequency (e.g., PD072) to 400. Ensure these are set correctly before running the motor to avoid damage.

  • What does the error code E.oC.A mean?

This code generally indicates an Over Current during acceleration. Check if the acceleration time is set too short, if the motor rating matches the VFD, or if there is a short circuit in the motor wiring/windings.
