When exposed to moisture and freezing temperatures (rain, snow, frost), the fabric can freeze to the guide rails or box. Do not force the blinds to roll up or down while frozen, as it may damage the fabric or overload the motor. It is recommended to deactivate automatic controls during winter.
For standard cleaning, use a soft brush, a hand-held vacuum on low power, or a soft sponge moistened with clean or mildly soapy water (up to 30 °C). Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, organic thinners, solvents, or abrasive pastes.
