- Ensure your SoFlow scooter is powered on and operational.
- Locate the sound settings on your scooter. This is typically found in the scooter’s menu or settings.
- Access the sound settings menu and look for the option to disable sound. This may be represented by a speaker icon with a line through it.
- Select the disable sound option and confirm your selection if prompted.
- Once sound is disabled, you should no longer hear any audio cues or alerts from your SoFlow scooter.
Android Find My
- This article is related to the SoFlow scooter and Google’s Find Hub app.
- The SoFlow scooter can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It. will no longer report to Google’s Find Hub network and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location.
- If you receive a message on your Android device that a SoFlow scooter has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this SoFlow scooter ring through the system notification that you have received.
- After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on the location of this SoFlow scooter and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.
How to disable a SoFlow scooter
- For SO ONE+, SO ONE LITE PRO, SO ONE LITE 2, SO ONE PRIME, SO ONE PRIME MAX, SO ONE PRO 1-3, SO4 PRO MAX 1-2, SO4 PRO GT 1-2, SO4 PRO CORE 2, please follow the instructions below.

- If the screen is off on the scooter, locate the power button on the left side of the handlebars.
- Press the button for two seconds to activate the screen.
- Locate the turn signal button on the left of the handlebars.
- Press the right-turn-signal button for eight seconds. A confirmation beep will sound.
